Victim: Taffy R. Caradona-Stewart

The O’Fallon, IL Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Taffy Caradona-Stewart. At about 10:45am police officers responded to the 1300 block of Engle Ct for a well-being check. When officers arrived on scene, they discovered Taffy Caradona-Stewart (age 40) deceased at the bottom of a staircase. Investigators believe Taffy died from a head injury after an accidental fall down the stairs.
