The St. Peters Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Darin Gosejohan (age 57). At 1:40am, police officers responded to a residence in the 1600 block of Country Acres Drive for a report of a shooting. There they located three gunshot victims inside the residence. Two female victims, ages 13 and 45 years old, were transported to the hospital and treated for their injuries. Darin Gosejohan was pronounced dead at the scene.
As a result of this investigation, Christopher Harper (age 51) was charged with Murder 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree, and Armed Criminal Action. He was arrested on a no-bond warrant.
