The Fairview Heights Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Kameron Dorsey. Fairview Heights police officers responded to the 100 block of Lakeland Hills Drive for a report of a man shot at about 8:40pm. They located Kameron Dorsey (age 18) inside his garage where he had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
As a result of this investigation, Dominic Wilbourn (age 18) and Danayeous Macon (age 18) were each charged with first-degree murder in the death of Kameron Dorsey. Dominic’s bond was set at $500,000 and Danayeous’ bond was set at $1,000,000.
